Application for registration.—Every unorganised worker carrying on work in the unorganised sector shall make an application for registration to the Welfare Board in Form 1, within forty-two days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every benefit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
