Intimation of change.—Every wholesale vendor shall intimate to the Excise Appellate Authority, in Form B and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
