Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier who ceases to carry on the running of a factory shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every appointment letter held by him has been disposed of.
