Surrender of certificate.—Every fit person who ceases to carry on the temporary care of a child by a fit person shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
