Intimation of change.—Every amateur radio operator shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form A and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
