Intimation of change.—Every diagnostic laboratory shall intimate to the State Medical Council, in Form 20 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Medical Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
