Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a stone crusher shall apply to the Controller General in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Controller General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
