Intimation of change.—Every mortgagee of agricultural land shall intimate to the Revenue Divisional Officer, in Form 2 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
