Intimation of change.—Every reinsurer shall intimate to the Institute of Actuaries, in Form IRDA-2 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Institute of Actuaries shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
