Application for registration.—Every intermediary carrying on the hosting of third party information shall make an application for registration to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in Form C, within three days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every log held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
