Application for registration.—Every significant data fiduciary carrying on the processing of personal data by a significant data fiduciary shall make an application for registration to the Controller in Form C, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every personal data held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
