Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the carrying on of a licensed activity shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appellate Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every certificate held by him has been disposed of.
