Intimation of change.—Every emigrant shall intimate to the Protector of Emigrants, in Form A and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Protector of Emigrants shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
