Surrender of certificate.—Every emigrant who ceases to carry on emigration for employment shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Protector of Emigrants in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every certificate of naturalisation held by him has been disposed of.
