Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any dealer in medical devices dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Health Services in Form 21, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register then held; and the Director of Health Services shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
