Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in medical devices who ceases to carry on dealing in medical devices shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Health Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20-B of the manner in which every prescription held by him has been disposed of.
