Surrender of certificate.—Every institution accredited by the Council who ceases to carry on the training of arbitrators shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every statement of claim held by him has been disposed of.
