Intimation of change.—Every institution accredited by the Council shall intimate to the Registrar of the Council, in Form B and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of the Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
