Safe custody.—Every working women's hostel shall keep every order to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a working women's hostel is carried on, shall record in Form VIII the description of every order so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Child Protection Unit within ninety days of the close of each year.
