Application for registration.—Every working women's hostel carrying on the running of a working women's hostel shall make an application for registration to the District Child Protection Unit in Form V, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every case file held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
