Application for registration.—Every licensee carrying on the vending of goods on railway premises shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner of Railway Safety in Form F, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every siding held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
