Surrender of certificate.—Every recipient of foreign contribution who ceases to carry on the receipt of foreign contribution shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Export Inspection Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form FC-4 of the manner in which every authorisation held by him has been disposed of.
