Application for registration.—Every auctioneer carrying on the sale of property by auction shall make an application for registration to the Stamp Revenue Board in Form H, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five rupees and a statement of every instrument held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
