Maintenance of premises.—Every importer of goods bearing a mark shall keep the premises where the import of goods bearing a registered mark is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every mark kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the import of goods bearing a registered mark, and shall furnish to the Controller in Form TM-A, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
