Application for registration.—Every owner of a hazardous installation carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation shall make an application for registration to the District Authority in Form B, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every no-objection certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
