Intimation of change.—Every grantee of a public honour shall intimate to the Screening Committee, in Form C and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Screening Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
