Intimation of change.—Every operator of a ferry shall intimate to the Registrar of Ships, in Form 1 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Ships shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
