Application for registration.—Every publisher of proactive disclosures carrying on the publication of proactive disclosures shall make an application for registration to the Grievance Redressal Authority in Form H, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every fee receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
