Surrender of certificate.—Every recipient of foreign contribution who ceases to carry on the receipt of foreign contribution shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Export Inspection Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form SEZ-2 of the manner in which every unit held by him has been disposed of.
