Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the recipient of foreign contribution shall apply to the Export Inspection Council in Form ANF-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Export Inspection Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
