Rule 21, Goa Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2007 [SCC-5NR]

Opportunity of hearing.—No order under these rules refusing an application, or otherwise to the prejudice of any sponsor of a visa applicant, shall be made unless he has been given a notice in writing of not less than ninety days to show cause against the proposed order, has been given a copy of every document on which the order is proposed to be founded, and has been heard if he so desires; and the Citizenship Committee shall communicate the order made to him in Form D within forty-five days of the order.
