Intimation of change.—Every sponsor of a visa applicant shall intimate to the Citizenship Committee, in Form X and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Citizenship Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
