Application for registration.—Every sponsor of a visa applicant carrying on the sponsoring of a visa applicant shall make an application for registration to the Citizenship Committee in Form A, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every travel document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
