Application for registration.—Every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall make an application for registration to the Procurement Authority in Form GFR 41, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every utilisation certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
