Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the co-operative bank shall apply to the Debts Recovery Tribunal in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Debts Recovery Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
