Intimation of change.—Every rehabilitation professional shall intimate to the Rehabilitation Council, in Form I and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rehabilitation Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
