Safe custody.—Every rehabilitation professional shall keep every certificate of disability to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the practice of a rehabilitation profession is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every certificate of disability so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Rehabilitation Council within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
