Correction of entries.—The State Commission may, on an application made in Form VIII by any person engaged in the supply of energy or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than fifteen days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
