Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these bye-laws shall be kept at the office of the State Commission in the custody of the Assistant Electrical Inspector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the State Commission; and where the Assistant Electrical Inspector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form V within fifteen days of the succession.
