Intimation of change.—Every operator of a gymnasium shall intimate to the Sports Tribunal, in Form A and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sports Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
