Intimation of change.—Every creditor shall intimate to the Official Liquidator, in Form CHG-1 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Official Liquidator shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
