Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer shall intimate to the Director of Health Services, in Form 19 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Health Services shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
