Application for registration.—Every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of drugs shall make an application for registration to the Director of Health Services in Form 25, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every stock register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
