Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any nominee director dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in Form PAS-3, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every debenture then held; and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
