Safe custody.—Every seller of goods on an electronic platform shall keep every standard mark to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the sale of goods on an electronic platform is carried on, shall record in Form B the description of every standard mark so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Director of Legal Metrology within thirty days of the close of each year.
