Surrender of certificate.—Every cabin crew member who ceases to carry on service as cabin crew shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-4 of the manner in which every flight plan held by him has been disposed of.
