Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any cabin crew member dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-4, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every air operator certificate then held; and the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
