Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a Government bond who ceases to carry on the holding of Government bonds shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Comptroller and Auditor-General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 21 of the manner in which every bid held by him has been disposed of.
