Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor for defence works shall apply to the Station Commander in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Station Commander shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
