Surrender of certificate.—Every consignor who ceases to carry on the consignment of goods by railway shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Divisional Railway Manager in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every advertisement board held by him has been disposed of.
